Who is Suitable for Pilates?

Almost anyone is suitable for Pilates. Pilates is a low impact exercise regime which makes it suitable and beneficial for most people, regardless of your level of fitness.

Pilates begins at a basic level of gaining the correct position and activating the deep core muscles. Once this is mastered, the exercises are progressed through different levels to challenge the core. Exercises use body weight, upper/lower limb movement and small pieces of equipment to increase core strength.
