I’m a qualified sports and exercise therapist and trained Pilates instructor. Due to my manual job I have previously suffered from back pain and started to use Pilates to get rid of my pain and strengthen my core. Since seeing amazing results I prescribe Pilate based exercises every day to my patients and now run a weekly Friday class (the best day of the week!). My class is Growlates, great for brand new beginners as well as higher levels. I aim to individualise my Physiolates classes to everyone’s abilities and will help you ease into Pilates whether your aim is to get stronger, get rid of pain or just to keep active.
